Male Sex Organ Surgery
There are mainly three types of surgeries.
- To make a small penis bigger
- This can be done by inserting a penile prosthesis. There are two types of prosthesis
- Solid prosthesis. It will always be solid and longer
- Inflatable prosthesis. It can be made bigger during intercourse by infusing saline and can be deflated after intercourse.
- It can be done as an outpatient procedure.
- The curved penis can be corrected surgically and made straight by removing the contractured fibrous tissue
Implantation of testicular prosthesis
It will be done in case of absent testes. This will remove the psychological depression of the patient even though it is not functional.
